Subject: Recall of GreenJoy products due to the discovery of foreign matter

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an important recall involving certain batches of our GreenJoy products. This action is being taken to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Please read the following information carefully.

2. Reason for Recall:

During a secondary quality control testing process, after the product had been tested for compliance, passed and was then distributed, small amounts of non-hazardous foreign matter was discovered in certain batches of cannabis products supplied by Green Medicine NJ LLC. 

3. What You Should Do:

  • Check your products to determine if you have affected products: 
  • If you have purchased any of the affected products, please stop using them.
  • Please contact your dispensary for information on returning any unused product or safely disposing of it.

4. Our Commitment to You:

At Green Medicine NJ (GreenJoy), your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and have taken all necessary steps to prevent such issues in the future. While we are disappointed this was missed by the testing facility, and product not meeting our standards was allowed to be distributed, rest assured that any consumption of affected product to date is not harmful to you.
